• Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, log data, and diagnostic information used to keep the Service reliable.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• Process bookings, orders, invoices, and other operational workflows on your behalf.
• Enable AI Smart Booking to read uploaded images and pre-fill booking details.
• Sync your data securely across devices, including after periods of offline use.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.

When you use AI Smart Booking, you may upload a screenshot or photo of a booking message. This content is processed to automatically extract booking details and pre-fill the relevant form.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such content and that it does not contain information you are not permitted to share. You may delete uploaded content associated with your account at any time.

StayFlow is designed to work fully offline. When your device is offline, data you create or edit is stored locally on the device. Once a network connection is restored, this data is synchronized to our servers so it is backed up and available across your devices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted vendors who host our infrastructure, process data, or provide AI processing, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction: when you choose to export, share, or transmit data using the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
